Preferred Service Agreement

Our services include an end-to-end recruitment processes and we are delighted to assist in your recruitment objectives. As part of a successful pre-selection of the desired candidate profile, we appreciate additional information including job description, salary structure and well as position core competencies to determine an optimal candidate fit for the listed position.

Any candidate that is referred by Manhattan Group will constitute an obligation to fulfill the terms of this fee schedule. Should your company recruit the candidate, a subsidiary or third party to whom you have referred the candidate, a fee will be applicable.

A candidate presented verbally or in writing will remain a candidate of Manhattan Group for a period of 12 months from the date of initial introduction. Should the candidate be employed at a later date within that period either directly or indirectly in a permanent or temporary position within the employer’s organisation or one of its subsidiaries or any third party you may refer the candidate to, the standard fee becomes due and payable by the company.

Manhattan Group relies entirely upon the information provided by past and present employers and the referred candidate. Manhattan Group assumes no responsibility whatsoever in the event that the information provided by the employer and the referred candidate is inaccurate, incomplete, incorrect and/or deficient in any way.

Gurantees
Should the referred candidate leave the employment for any reason whatsoever within three (3) months of starting day as stated on the invoice, there will be a twelve (12) months replacement credit for the same position, provided that all of the below provisions were fulfilled.

All fees invoiced are paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

A remittance advice for proof of payment has been submitted.

The RECRUITING FIRM is being informed in writing within 72 hours of thecandidate leaving the position.

Fees are due in full and as stipulated under Payment Terms if:
​
1. A candidate referred to CLIENT by RECRUITING FIRM is hired, directly or indirectly,for any position, as an employee, consultant, or independent contractor, by CLIENT, its affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries, and,
2. A candidate referred to CLIENT by RECRUITING FIRM but is also referred to CLIENT by another employer or recruiting firm and the candidate is hired, directly or indirectly, for any position, as an employee, consultant, or independent contractor, by such employer or through such recruiting firm unless the CLIENT informs the RECRUITMENT FIRM in writing with documented proof within 48 hours of such introduction by the RECRUITMENT FIRM, and,
3. A candidate referred to client who is already in the client’s database, but whom the client has not approached as of the date of this agreement, are considered as introduced by theRECRUITING FIRM and all fees as stipulated under Fees & Expenses are due ifcandidate is hired.
