Villa Ao Yon Beach Panwa is only 15 metres across the lawn is the beach. There is a quiet charm of locals, and foreign residents and discerning tourists with no beach touts and few umbrellas as found on the main West coast beaches. Probably the only bay in all Phuket which is protected from the SW monsoon ocean swells that closes beaches on the West coast for much of May to November season as well as completely protected from the N.E. winds for the rest of the year. The beach is clear of coral reefs and there is no muddy bottom at any state of the tide. The Villa is on two floors. Downstairs there is a large living area with French windows onto the deck alongside the kitchen dining area, which also has large French windows. The living space is cool and airy, with aircon as well as having 2 large ceiling fans. The two master bedrooms upstairs, with large ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing area have plenty of space for extra single beds being over 100m2 each. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The other 2 ensuite bedrooms rooms are 45m2 are located on the ground floor. One has a large King bed. The other room has two twins which can be made into a double.​​
